Power User Guide

Everything you need to get the most out of your valet.

The quick start bar at the top of the chat is a one-tap launcher. Click a button and the valet starts the conversation — it'll ask you a couple of quick questions, then deliver. No template to fill out, no editing required. The more detail you give in your answers, the better the output.

The 6 Buttons

Research an Account

When: Before a cold call, first visit, or quarterly review.

Have ready: The full facility name. The valet pulls current ownership, decision makers, expansion signals, and competitive context from the web.

Draft a Follow-Up Email

When: Right after a visit or call while details are fresh.

Have ready: Who you're following up with, the facility, and a quick recap of what happened. The valet matches your saved writing style.

Prep for a Meeting

When: Night before or morning of a key account visit.

Have ready: Who you're meeting with, their role, the facility, and whatever you already know. The valet fills in the gaps and builds your prep brief.

Write a Call Summary

When: Immediately after a visit — dictate while you're still in the parking lot.

Have ready: Who you saw, what was discussed, and next steps. Use the mic icon to dictate hands-free on desktop.

Salesforce Notes

When: End-of-day CRM logging. Most Salesforce fields are dropdowns — this focuses on the meeting notes only.

Have ready: The valet asks what you use your notes for (next-visit prep, manager visibility), then collects the meeting details and formats to match.

Build Talking Points

When: Prepping for a competitive situation, objection, or product pitch.

Have ready: The specific situation. 'Dr. Chen prefers Siemens and questions our service response time' beats 'a Siemens objection.'

Pro Tips

Chain them

Run Research an Account first, then Prep for a Meeting in the same session. The valet carries the context forward — no re-explaining.

Attach a document first

Upload a facility's GPO contract, a competitor's spec sheet, or a clinical study PDF before tapping a quick action. The valet will weave it in.

Use the mic to dictate your answers

On desktop, the mic icon next to the message box lets you speak instead of type (built-in on your phone or tablet). Great for call summaries right after a visit.

Type your own prompt anytime

The 6 buttons cover the common asks, but you're not limited to them. Type 'help me think through pricing on the OnCare deal' or anything else — the valet works the same way.
